Ingredients:

  • 1   Large Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake
  • 1/4  cup  Milk
  • 4   Eggs
  •   Butter for skillet
  •   Confectioners Sugar (optional)
  •   Maple syrup
  •   Fresh fruits

Directions:

Beat eggs and milk together in shallow bowl. Melt butter over medium heat in skillet. Slice frozen coffee cake into 1-1/2 inch pieces (slices will thaw upon cooking), dip each slice into eggs. Cook until golden brown then turn to brown the other side. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and top with fresh fruit. Serve with maple syrup.
