As a forever repeating "Boston" customer, the gifts I've sent (as well as those to myself) have, to an order, been so very well enjoyed. The only glitch was a recent delivery to a gated community. UPS left the perishable treasure outside the community's gate, in 90 degree heat! Fortunately, as "Boston" follows strict, well documented ordering plans, the recipients and I knew exactly when it should have arrived and went looking. Kudos to "Boston", regardless!

I have purchased quite a few of the Boston Cakes. I have sent to Friends, Family and service providers. I sent a Boston Coffee Cake to my 87 year old cousin and told her I think they are as good as a homemade cake. She said "No they are better."

I didn't think any of the Boston Coffee Cake varieties could compare to the Original, but this one comes pretty dang close! The fact that it is nut-free allows my nut-allergic daughter to enjoy it as well. My whole extended family loves it!

The cake was a gift and I asked them what they thought of the Pumpkin coffee cake, they said it was very good but preferred the Grand One, Cinnamon Swirl which I had previously sent them.. I really have never personally had a bad flavor just prefer some over others

In anticipation of purchasing coffee cakes as Christmas gifts, we ordered the pumpkin flavor to taste test. We were interested in the packaging, shipping and overall flavor and presentation of the cakes. Our local family participated in the taste tests! We were ALL very pleased with the cakes and everything else around the delivery. We will be ordering a long list of Christmas gifts to extended family soon. Cakes were delicious and moist and presentation and delivery were perfect. Highly recommend!

This was my first time ordering the pumpkin flavor and it was absolutely delicious. I bought it to take it to a church functioning and was so impressed with the taste. I was not even a real big pumpkin person but I am now. I have tasted several other flavors and they were delicious but this is my absolute favorite so far. I just recently placed another order for me and my family because it was sooooo delicious and moist.

Ordered the Golden Pumpkin off a great sale and the order arrived 3 days early. I am a (relatively new) fan of Boston Coffee Cakes having been gifted with one of the classic Cinnamon/Walnut coffee cakes for Christmas 3 years ago. My son lives in Boston and was familiar with Boston Coffee Cakes. I have ordered the Triple Chocolate, the Cinnamon/Walnut and the Golden Pumpkin this winter and have been quite happy with all three choices. The Golden Pumpkin was a very special surprise as I was not aware there was such a cake. Even after freezing the cake for three days, the cake was soft and fluffy and had a very pleasant taste of sugar and vanilla with just the right hint of pumpkin. All in all, I was very happy with this choice and will order another one very soon! An excellent cake to serve with just about any flavor of ice cream.

I have purchased many coffee cakes from BCC and bought this flavor recently to have on hand for Thanksgiving dinner with friends. It's absolutely delicious! Don't hesitate buying this because I'm not sure this will be available year round. Probably a seasonal choice. Very tasty, moist, the best! The service is great too.

I cannot comment on the pumpkin or variety of cakes sent to my sons as gifts. Both said thank you and exclaimed on appearance. However, I can comment on what we ordered for our home. Delicious! Very moist and not too sweet. Good flavor and I especially liked receiving an additional bag to retain the the cake until finished. I will definitely order again. Would like to try other varieties. It is amazing how enthusiastically the recipients have reacted to these gifts. I immediately get a call thanking us for the gift and telling us how much they enjoyed the cakes. I have sent many other gifts in the past and have NEVER received such gratefulness from the recipients. I have purchased cakes for myself and may family many times as well and I fully understand the enthusiasm one gets by indulging in these treats. Flavorful, moist and delicious!
