I ordered our favorite caramel apple, but was told it was sold out after I placed the order. I was given the option to choose another flavor. Both my second and third choice were also sold out so I canceled my order. I then received notice that my order had shipped and my account charged. I contacted customer service and to their credit they were very nice and refunded my account. I got to keep the coffee cake too, though it wasn't a flavor I would have chosen. My rating is based solely on Boston Coffee Cake's customer service.

This is my second order with Boston Coffee Cake and I will state from the feed back I received I will order during the holidays. I have purchased the coffee with coffee cake breakfast bundle and that was a hit. Most recently, I sent this item to my daughter for her trick or treat Halloween goody. The combo of caramel and apple are two of her favorites. When she opened the box, "she stated the smell was heavenly and had to cut a piece of the cake asap". She told me the cake was so moist and flavorful it was hard to stop eating. I will be sending her a combo box for a little Thanksgiving treat. I have been a customer for years. Every cake was delivered in good order and delicious. Until recently. I seem to have a UPS driver that doesn't seem to underatnd what he is delivering. The first order was quite badly broken up. You could tell it was carried and delivered on its side. I contacted BCC and they responded with away with another order. I thanked Ishmail, who emailed me. This was handled very professionally. Guess what! Must be the same UPS driver. The cake was delivered on its side so I imagine that he carried it that way too. This time I took pictures and sent to Ishmail. I didn't want another cake. I wanted to let BCC I'm a good customer and they should be aware that UPS is not doing their job. Thanks to BCC for being such a reputable company. You've got my business.

The Caramel Apple Harvest cake is moist & delicious! I'll have a slice of cake with a cup of Chai Latte while relaxing in my comfy recliner watching TV. It's great that Boston Coffee Cake includes the bags to freeze it in too, and that it'll keep in the freezer for up to 6 months! Whenever I'm ready for it I can grab a slice, warm 12-15 seconds in the microwave, and it's still as tasty as the day it was delivered! Thank you!

This is the very best coffeecake to order on the planet. First order I received was pineapple/coconut...it was AMAZING. We got a cinnamon one with it which was great. Then I went back to their site and ordered the caramel apple one....again AMAZING. They are VERY rich, so you don't need a very big slice, so they last a long time. I keep mine in my freezer and I cut a piece as we want. Put it in microwave for 10 seconds and you have the best coffee partner ever. I just ordered another caramel apple one a few days ago, so it should be arriving shortly. These would be so great to consider as gifts for a family around the holidays....just perfect. We received this cake as a New Year's present. It was amazing. Everyone in our home enjoyed the cake and within 2 days the entire cake was gone!I think I will be sending out some gifts of my own soon!

We were accidentally sent the cranberry walnut cake instead of the Caramel apple, but it was so delicious and so moist we would order again. I'm sure all their cakes are delicious.
