The Best Ever, Once Again

Dec 29, 2021Not only is this the best coffee cake in the world, these folks are the best at customer service. I ordered nearly 20 of these as Christmas gifts for friends and family around the country. As the shipments started to arrive we discovered that none of them contained gift card enclosures. This was apparently due to a printing error and Boston Coffee Cakes sent a second one out to everyone with a gift card and an apology, all before 12/25. Great product and great service.

This was very embarrassing because I had to reach out to the family to ask if they had received the item. This created an awkward situation. Notwithstanding this review (1* for processing & delivery), I've enjoyed your product line (5* for quality and taste) .
